REIKI healing is a non invasive ancient healing practice. It focuses on creating absolute relaxation of the body which allows healing to flow through the client while lying down or seated comfortably, depending on the client's condition. REIKI does not require direct touch but instead healing hands are placed above the skin in order to guide energy through the client's endocrine system aka CHAKRAS.
